Continuing its tradition of professional responsiveness, the firm recently positioned experienced, talented architects from the next generation into leadership roles.

With clientele in both private and public sectors, TWM’s portfolio encompasses many notable residential, commercial and institutional projects. The firm has designed numerous residential environments, including senior, multi-family, senior care, student and affordable housing. TWM’s commercial projects consist of office, retail, automotive and mixed-use projects. Institutional projects include university, public and entertainment facilities. Prominent projects include the Geary Boulevard Senior Housing in San Francisco; Fireside Inn Apartments in Mill Valley; George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch in Marin; and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Allen Pavilion in Ashland, Oregon.

The firm’s principals, Allen Cristofani, Robert Wright, Derek Dutton and Paul Hartman share a vision of creating successful working partnerships with clients, and create projects that exceed aesthetic and pragmatic expectations. All principals are NCARB-certified, qualifying them to practice in all 50 states. Derek Dutton is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional.
