Senior Management

Allen Cristofani
Allen Cristofani joined TWM Architects + Planners (then Karl Treffinger & Associates) in 1969, and became a principal in 1979. His primary responsibilities include project master planning and architectural design. His special expertise is in residential planning and affordable and senior citizen housing. Allen is also a registered Landscape Architect in California, bringing a distinctive perspective to all his projects.

Robert Wright
Bob Wright joined TWM Architects + Planners in 1980. He became an Associate in 1981 and a Principal in 1989. He serves as principal-in-charge and project manager on a number of commercial and mixed-use projects, and directs the development of major projects.

Derek Dutton
Having joined TWM in 1991, Derek Dutton was named associate in 1994, and principal in 1998. Derek has served as principal in charge or project architect for a number of multi-family residential, commercial, university and institutional projects in the firm. His projects include Geary Boulevard Senior Housing, and the Science Center at the Dominican University of California.

Paul Hartman
Paul Hartman joined TWM Architects + Planners in 2005 as senior designer and was named principal in 2007. He is responsible for design and project management of many of the firm’s large-scale projects, including student housing at Sonoma State University. Prior to joining TWM, he served as principal in his own design firm, Wilkinson & Hartman Architects. A registered architect in California and Utah, Paul has extensive experience in affordable housing, civic, historic and renovation projects.
