Fellowship Plaza was originally built in the early 1970s by the International Order of Odd Fellows as affordable apartment complex for seniors. The project provides 150 affordable apartments for seniors in 4 buildings, along with a freestanding 8,000 SF community building.

TWM was retained to provide architectural services for a complete exterior and interior rehabilitation for the project.
