Originally utilized as bachelor officers’ quarters in the 1930’s, three historic buildings at Hamilton Air Force Base have been reinvented as senior residences. Now known as the Villas at Hamilton, the former officers’ housing consists of 128 senior independent living apartments and 20,000 square feet of self storage. Opened in spring 2003, the Villas at Hamilton carefully preserve the buildings’ unique historic character.
