Set on a 12-acre site, the 8 clusters of two-story townhomes in Tuscany Village provide 700 beds of student housing. Each of the 114 townhomes has four bedrooms (two singles and two doubles) and four bathrooms, a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and living room.

A community building was also built near an entrance on East Cotati Avenue. The Student Activity room provides space for meetings and other related functions.
