Proposed Project

The proposed project replaces the existing single story 4,000 SF Library/Classroom Building on campus with a New single story 5,400 SF Community Building resulting in a net increase of 1,400 SF. The New Community Building will be +/- 22’-0” height and will include a library, classrooms, community room, tv and computer rooms, office and flex space. Site Improvements are limited to new landscaping and pathways around the building that integrate with the existing site. In addition, a small expansion at the existing residence dining room is proposed to allow for additional seating. No changes proposed to existing parking.
