Walnut Place is an existing affordable senior community located in Point Reyes Station. Built in the early 1980’s, the project features mature landscaping and a single two story residential building.

TWM was engaged to provide complete architectural services for the rehabilitation of the building interior, exterior and site. Work included complete replacement of the building siding and windows, as well as an addition creating a more graceful entry and common space.
